MISSION STATEMENT

Make It Happen Films is an independent production company committed to developing original and thought provoking cinema. Its primary focus is to foster films that best reflect the indie spirit while remaining competitive with mainstream cinema.

MATTEO RIBAUDO

Director, Producer born and raised in NY, Matteo was a performer at heart, where he entertained his family doing shows in his grandmother's basement on Sundays. He later excelled in sports in high school and college (Wrestling), and went on to earn a degree in Sports Medicine and an Associate Degree in Film. He studied acting and performed in numerous plays in New York before heading to LA to continue his study with Aaron Speiser. His passion for acting soon led him to directing and writing. His film IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER was written, directed and starred in by Matteo Ribaudo. It has won BEST COMEDY SHORT in the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, along with expectancy to a long list of other festivals. In May 2006 his film will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. In addition, he has produced a fitness video shot in Hawaii, starring Tony Martinez and Janet Jackson.

His company, Make It Happen Films, formed with Sean King in 2006, looks to succeed in the independent feature film market starting with A MILLION DOLLAR MOVIE.COM. Matteo has great vision. His spirit and drive will lead him to succeed in this highly competitive art form.

SEAN KING

Sean King is a native Western New Yorker who moved to Hollywood in 2000 to pursue an acting/producing career. After a 4 year stint teaching middle school Math and English between acting gigs, he concentrated his efforts toward working full time in the production business. In 2003, his short film SIBLING RIVALRY, which he wrote and directed, won BEST COMEDY SHORT at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. He then produced and co-starred in Matteo Ribaudo’s award winning short film IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER. In 2006, the two teamed up to form the production company Make It Happen Films. He is excited about producing the company’s first feature film this year. He looks forward to working with Matt on all their future projects and is anxious to "Make It Happen" in 2006-2007 beginning with A MILLION DOLLAR MOVIE.COM.
